Terms of Service

1. Definitions

• "ZeroSecure" — Refers to ZeroSecure and its suite of products.
• "Products" — Zero Secure Messaging, ZeroVault, ZeroConnect, ZeroProtect, ZeroMDM, and ZeroOS.
• "Customer" — The organization that has licensed ZeroSecure products.
• "Authorized Users" — Individuals within the Customer's organization authorized to use the Products.
• "License" — The right to use ZeroSecure products under these terms.

2. License Grant

Subject to payment of applicable fees and compliance with these terms, ZeroSecure grants Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Deploy and use licensed Products within Customer's organization
• Allow Authorized Users to access Products according to the license tier
• Use the Admin Console to manage deployment and policies

3. Products and Services

3.1 Zero Secure Messaging

End-to-end encrypted messaging platform with post-quantum cryptography. Available for iOS and Android.

3.2 ZeroVault

Encrypted storage for passwords, contacts, and files. All data encrypted locally with AES-256.

3.3 ZeroConnect

WireGuard-based VPN with ad blocking, custom DNS, and kill switch functionality.

3.4 ZeroProtect

Mobile threat detection for Android including Pegasus detection, IMSI catcher alerts, and malware scanning.

3.5 ZeroMDM

iOS Mobile Device Management with Apple Business Manager integration, zero-touch enrollment, and policy management.

3.6 ZeroOS

Hardened Android operating system for Pixel devices with degoogled configuration and panic integration.

4. Licensing and Fees

• Licenses are sold per-user or per-device depending on the Product
• Products may be bundled into Essentials, Professional, or Enterprise plans
• Custom configurations and volume pricing available upon request
• Fees are due according to the payment terms in your invoice
• Licenses renew automatically unless cancelled 30 days before renewal

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customer agrees to:

• Use Products only for lawful business purposes
• Maintain accurate license counts and pay for additional users as needed
• Ensure Authorized Users comply with these terms
• Implement appropriate security measures for admin credentials
• Not resell, sublicense, or transfer licenses without written consent
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code

6. Acceptable Use

Products may not be used for:

• Any illegal activities under applicable law
• Harassment, threats, or harm to individuals
• Distribution of malware or malicious content
• Circumventing security measures of other systems
• Activities that violate export control regulations
• Any purpose that would bring ZeroSecure into disrepute

7. Support and Maintenance

• Standard Support — Email support during business hours, 48-hour response time
• Professional Support — Priority email support, 24-hour response time
• Enterprise Support — Dedicated account manager, 4-hour response for critical issues, phone support

Support tier is determined by your subscription plan.

8. Service Levels

For cloud-dependent features (message relay, VPN endpoints):

• Target uptime: 99.9%
• Scheduled maintenance windows: Sundays 02:00-06:00 UTC
• Emergency maintenance: With as much notice as reasonably possible

Note: Most ZeroSecure products function offline. Service levels apply only to online features.

9. Data and Privacy

ZeroSecure operates on zero-knowledge principles. We cannot access Customer data due to our encryption architecture. See our Privacy Policy for complete details.

10. Intellectual Property

• ZeroSecure retains all rights to Products and associated intellectual property
• Customer retains all rights to their data
• These terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property

11. Warranty Disclaimer

Products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including:

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Compatibility with all devices or configurations

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• ZeroSecure's total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim
• ZeroSecure is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• ZeroSecure is not liable for loss of data, profits, or business opportunities

13. Indemnification

Customer agrees to indemnify ZeroSecure from claims arising from:

• Customer's use of Products in violation of these terms
• Customer's violation of applicable laws
• Actions of Customer's Authorized Users

14. Term and Termination

• These terms remain in effect for the duration of your subscription
• Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice
• ZeroSecure may terminate immediately for material breach
• Upon termination, licenses end and access to Products is revoked
• Customer data remains on Customer devices; we have no data to return

15. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms with 30 days notice to Customer's admin contact. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance. Material changes require explicit acceptance before renewal.

16. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

17. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement — These terms, together with your order form and our Privacy Policy, constitute the complete agreement
• Severability — If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect
• Waiver — Failure to enforce a provision does not waive future enforcement
• Assignment — Customer may not assign these terms without written consent
